- As a startup order we send free samples of any type of oils. clients can order samples either form How to Order page or by direct contact (phone or fax).. - Clients can order also large quantities of any oil mentioned in our website. - Orders are usually ready 1-5 working days from order date (depending on order size).

Shipping:

- Clients to choose shipping methods either: . On their own expense. . Or by our shipping contractors, shipping costs to be paid upon receipt of goods. We provide free shipping for orders more than total of 1000 litre (250 gallons) of any group of assorted oils, for a limited time only!!

Returns:

Upon receipt of order, if there is any problems concerning quality (chemical or physical properties) or if goods were not same as ordered, we will reimpurse for shipping and will re-send exchange until client's full satisfaction. Exchanges are sent only after receiving the returned goods.

Payments:

We accept: - Cash money with a company order. - (Letter of Credit) through our bank account (non-refundable).
